In visible profile: Your personal information and that of your referees are not visible. On the other hand, this information is revealed to the other party when a shiduh request is accepted by both parties. Your photo is also visible to other users.

In invisible profile: Users do not have access to your photo, your personal information or that of your referees. The shiduh accepted by both parties may contact you through your shadhan/coach only with your agreement (for photo transmission, telephone numbers of your contacts, personal telephone number. If after conversation with your shadhan, the shiduh does not does not suit you, you will need to close your shiduh, using the appropriate button on the profile.

The last name and contact details of the registered person never appear on the site either in visible or invisible profile.

Choosing a shiduh/ Obtaining a shiduh:

You must use the selection criteria on the site.

Then, you need to ask for a Shiduh who might interest you, whether visible or invisible, by clicking on it. You are entitled to 3 requests for shiduhim per day.

If profiles are “visible” and  both candidates approve each other, both profiles are sent simultaneously to these two people, in full, means with their  personal contacts. You can obtain also information from the referents mentioned on the profiles. The man have to call the woman.

If profiles are “invisible”,  and both candidates approved each other,  the shadkhan contact will appear on your personal space. You will have to contact him in order to obtain information about your shiduh. The shiduh is then in progress.

It can then be continued or closed at any time by either party.

The shadhanim present on the site can also offer you a shiduh on their own initiative. It will be written on the profile “sent by your coach”.

Closing a shidukh:

When a shiduh is in progress, two options are available to you, either it ends with an engagement, in which case both candidates must refer it in writing (there is a button for that) to the shadhan affiliated to them, or it is closed to move on to another shiduh .

As long as you do not close the current shiduh, using the associated button in your personal space, you will not be authorized to access a new shiduh.
